Managing this store taught me a lot very quickly! I came from another Zarraffa's store which was a high customer volume drive thru store to a remote shopping centre store. I had to change my managing style very quickly in order to adapt to the different requirements of the store. Within 3 months I saved the business 12% by making needed adujstments. This store was a high volume store doing 600+ hot coffees a day.
