-Worked on the maintenence of embassy computers, which involved diagnosing hardware or software issues with in use embassy computers and resolving these issues.-Refurbished new computer units to be distributed throught the embassy for future use.-Reimaged the bios of all refurbished computers to be in line with the US government's cyber security standards.-Assisted in rewiring faulty ethernet outlets then testing those connections to assure they work properly.-Contributed to a wide scale printer redistribution project which included, the research and logging of the usage of each printer and the mapping of the locations of each printer throught the embassy.

- Imported and managed incoming student data, in order to ensure they received accurate information about Champlain College.- Facilitated open houses, so that students could get an insight into the Champlain College experience.- Transferring data from potential students into a database registry.- Creating an itemized list of all supplies currently in the office.- Verifying incoming students applications, high school and college transcripts and corrected errors.- Making calls to different highschool consular offices to request missing documents.
