- Lead a production organization of 50+ people, with a primary responsibility of ensuring our productions are well developed, planned, and supported over all three stages of production, with an emphasis on elevating member experience and growth.Overhauled the organizational structure of AnteaterTV from 2023 to 2024, including efforts such as: rewriting the job descriptions of 13 board positions and 4 intern role types, garnering and reviewing 150+ intern applications, instituting and managing a quarterly operations calendar, and organizing multiple production skills workshops.- Playing a flexible leadership role on most production sets, providing support where I can to the Director, being a mentor to interns on set, and keeping the environment energetic, yet professional.- Consistently evaluating the state of the organization via surveys and conversations with all members, and implementing initiatives or structures to elevate everyone's experience and cater to everyone's growth/goals.

Worked directly under the Director of Productions to assist in their responsibilities. Primarily served as the main line of contact between production departments as well as the executive board. Participated in board meetings to influence the direction of AnteaterTV. Frequently interacted with interns to understand their experiences with the organization.

Primarily assisted in various on-set production roles (boom mic operator, assistant director, production assistant, etc.). Worked in team environments to produce video content for our student-run organization's Youtube.

Provided mentorship and resources to incoming first-year and transfer students, aiding in their transition from their previous educational institution to UC Irvine and the School of Social Ecology. Met with mentees to make educational plans and guide them to the relevant campus resources. Worked with a team of mentors to plan social events for mentees, building a diverse community.

Provided ABA behavioral therapy to children with autism. Worked 1-to-1 with clients and their families and built a strong rapport with them. Followed a Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) and collected data to track the children's progress and encourage their independence.

Primarily crafted and served regular café fare at one of Newport Beach's busiest Starbucks locations. Upheld outstanding customer service from behind the bar and into house. Assisted flexibly across various food prep and store upkeep roles.
