Resulted in $1.5 million additional cost saving from duty free benefit.• Accomplished 99% on-time In Store Date delivery for the launch season (3M units).

Functional Responsibility for development, sourcing and production operational activities of Team Sports Apparel categories for NB Football, NB Cricket and Accessories with total 3 million units, $30 million in FOB value and $80 million in sales.Key Accomplishments:• End-to-end execution with excellent 100% OTD track records every season.• Successfully negotiated cost reduction on material liability and upcharge for over $1.5 million (by 50%).• Achieved average $10 million cost saving in average through price negotiation every year.
