Over the course of 3 months, we've learned various languages and frameworks such as Javascript, SCSS, Bootstrap, React, Node, Python, Django, PostgreSQL and Git. Here are some notable projects that I've worked on.Project 1: Fever Time - Rhythm Game- Built with HTML, SCSS and Javascript with Object Oriented Programming (OOP) paradigm. - Challenge your sense of rhythm and try hitting the notes on time as much as you can!- Github / Link to Website: https://github.com/IsaacYongTY/rhythm-gameProject 2: Sanbai - Language Learning App- Built with HTML, Bootstrap, Javascript, React and Firebase.- "Sanbai" means "three hundred" in Mandarin Chinese, or "three fold" in Japanese. - Use the app to learn 300 hundreds words in your target languages and become a polyglot!- Github / Link to website: https://github.com/IsaacYongTY/language-learning-appProject 3: Bugs R Us - Issue / Bug Tracker- Build with HTML, Bootstrap, Javascript, React, Node and MongoDB.- A collaborative effort to create an app that can track bugs during a project, where the users can create, comment and upvote on issues to be prioritized.- As the team lead, I served the team by clarifying tasks and provide assistance in issues my teammates faced. - Worked on the React frontend by creating reusable components and converted Figma sketches to code, and - Written unit testing with Jest and React Testing Library.- Github: https://github.com/suha-nathan/bugs-are-us/Project 4 - GIGGR- Build with HTML, SCSS, NextJS, Node, Sequelize, PostgreSQL and Supabase. - GIGGR ("gigger") aims to solve the problems that freelance musician faced, such as sending an up-to-date song list (repertoire) to clients, manage bookings and music related admin tasks, such as learning songs and organizing song data.- I've taken this opportunity to explore technologies I am interested in. - I am continuing the development and adding features to make it a complete and full featured app.
