I’ve always been intrigued by people’s career stories. The special points of fascination are chance events, gut decisions, twists and turns, spans of support, and periods of joy.Not surprising, therefore, that I would end up pursuing a career where I support others in their higher education career(s). As a Professional Certified Coach, I help people craft their work and career so it brings them joy and a sense of meaning. People choose to coach with me when they're feeling stuck in their career and are excited about being supported. They may be experiencing the grip of their perfectionism, overwhelmed, and overcome with waves of imposter “syndrome”. Some want to transition out of their current role, while others want to get unstuck within their existing position. The common denominator is that things aren't working and they're ready to take action to make a change.
