Hi! I'm Isabel Blackstone and I'm currently a junior at The University of Missouri studying business with a marketing emphasis, additionally pursuing a digital marketing certificate. My work experience started with volunteer and community service work, then began working as a waitress where I picked up many valuable interpersonal skills such as customer service, teamwork, communication, and problem solving. I’m also a dedicated and motivated worker, which stems from both professional experience and the bodybuilding competitions I’ve competed in. The highlight of my professional experience at this point would be my Trulaske Study Abroad internship in London, which entailed creating content and promoting Vita Pilates Boutique through marketing campaigns. Due to the study abroad aspect, I learned to navigate another country on my own and am more confident in my strengths. As for the internship aspect, I gained hands on marketing experience which will be beneficial for my future endeavors. I’m eager to find a job where I can put my interpersonal skills, creativity, and marketing experience to use.
