Everyday payments came in as cash, check or card. Input was a three way system. A physical copy was made with a receipt attached for all payments made for that day. It then would go into an excel spreadsheet, and added to an Oracle. There was a project to contact customers about their debt. Customers, retailers, and other programs around the world were contacted as a reminder to pay the outstanding debt. Tracking down the customer as some didn't have much to their profiles.
