I've been working in the neurodiversity space ever since I graduated - writing the white paper for KPMG to invest in neurodiversity, going onto creating the Neurodiversity ERG at BCS & then supporting the global neurodiversity ERG at Accenture. I now work with enterprise to deliver trainings, workshops & to embed organisation wide strategies to support neurodivergent thinkers in the workplace.
