Process all new hires, benefits, leaves, terminations and payroll paperwork ensuring 100% compliance with various laws and regulatory mandates.Schedule and deliver HR training and communication programs such as new-hire orientations, Sexual Harassment Training, frontline annual wage increases, annual benefit enrollment meetings, recognition programs, and other employee communication initiatives as directed.Provide accurate, complete and timely employee data updates through the completion of the appropriate standard form.Oversee the recruiting/hiring process, including the on-boarding process for new employees and ensure TTF date is under 35 days.Support 8 branch locations all throughout SoCal. Manage 3 union Collective Bargaining Agreements and correspond to Business Agent communications.Coordinate with the Leave Administration (FMLA, STD, CFRA, etc.) team, ensure timely notification to the applicable parties (internal &/or external) is provided, the appropriate documentation is completed, and appropriate approvals are received.
