4-Football is a business development platform focused on the development of projects for the specialization and professionalization of Women's and Youth Football. Our main goal is to create a major impact on these industries and support their growth worldwide by meeting and working closely with their community and industry leaders, learning their specific scenarios and supporting them in creating a tailored growth path. Some of my responsabilities in 4-Footbal are:• Design of strategies and new proposals for the company.• Development of projects aligned with the company's purpose (Growth of women and Youth Football Industries).• Operate projects and develop a logistical strategy for their accomplishment.• Contacting new clients for commercial purposes. • Communication and Client management• Budgeting for different events and projects.• Management of suppliers and expenses to meet the established budget.• Establishing the marketing plan and social media strategy. • Creation of sponsorship and activation programs.• Event Development, Operations and Logistics.

• Supported the commercial department with clients’ contracts• Check that the video material sent by clients is within the metrics established by LaLiga.• Manage travel arrangements for the commercial team and the technical team of the UTV Led.• Confirm that the final playlist of the UTV Led is correct taking into account the seconds or minutes purchased by the clients within all territories. • Manage UTV Led requests and playlists for friendly matches or specific events.

• Design strategies and new proposals for different clients to align their brand goals with other sports organizations. • Directed client´s activations and events from start to end in order to reach KPI´s stablished. • Prepared budgets for different events, activations and assets for clients.• Managed suppliers and expenses to fit within the established budget.• Established the marketing plan and accomplished the launch of “Thersipo Project”.

• Supported the commercial department with the presentation of a potential brand sponsor to Mexico professional soccer teams.• Developed sponsorship strategies for potential brands. • Examined sponsorship contracts.• Assisted on the bench marketing for different proposals.

• Assisted on the optimization of the Community program Toolkit.• Established accommodation, transportation, and flights for the Community Program participants• Managed foundation´s cloth stock.• Supported on the organization of the national 6 vs 6 Cruyff Courts Tournament.

• Organized and managed training national and international camps, coaches scouting, friendly games.• Coordination together with FIFA, CONCACAF, COM Friendly Games, Championships, World Cups and others.• Calculated camps and teams’ tours budgets.• Controlled team national and international expenses. • Established accommodation, transportation, flights, training fields, player´s and organizers documents, permits for the teams. • Solved daily unexpected operational and logistics team issues.• Developed daily, weekly and championships team schedules.
