Altran ASD on behalf of AIRBUSA400M Retrofit department manages all material needs for Retrofit Campaigns, materials required for Working Parties and analyzes the materials ordered by customers. Best approach guarantee to internal and external Customers regarding material needs for all activities related to A400M retrofit, upgrade and modifications. Material procurement for A400M AC Retrofit campaigns, technical service issues and working parties for A400M fleet in operation. Deployment of last configuration applicable for spares and GSE. End-to-end Supply Chain for spares and repairs. Delivery of requested materials on time, on cost and on quality. Elaboration of reports and analytics to support decision-making using systems such as SAP. Coordination with the AOG department achieving timely critical deliveries. Cross-functional management activities inside subsidiaries, local teams and /or final customers. Risk analysis/ mitigation plan proposal to programs/ Cost-reduction opportunities.

Rodriser Industria Aeronáutica Española on behalf of AIRBUSA400M Customer Services Material Support Centre manages the material needs between customers and suppliers, aircraft parts repairs, warehouse discrepancies of spares and tooling required for aircraft maintenance.  End-to-end management and supply chain monitoring to ensure Material Support deliverables to internal/external Customer on time, on quality and on cost. Elaboration of reports and analytics for the management and monitoring of Local Teams. Management of relevant stakeholders to guarantee buy-in for the development of support service with customized solutions. Cooperation within ISS contract, Retrofit campaigns and Spare Part repair management. Direction of follow-up and departmental meetings.
