Responsible for managing membership fees, sponsorship income and bursaries. I created a financial forecast to allocate funds efficiently and to ensure maximum value for all members. Further duties included coordinating with the University sports office to report the club’s expenditure and income per semester. Liaising with various training facilities and transport companies to ensure smooth payments of invoices was also a key duty within the role.

I distributed work on reception and effectively handled customers’ problems and enquiries. Each year I helped the lead instructor in completing Kumon compliance policies and regularly assisted with pre-class preparations. Further responsibilities included supporting children with their work in class whilst marking and recording completed work.
