Responsibilities encompass:-General Direction and board member of Bella Vida Aveiro and Bella Vida Viana Units;-Develop and implement marketing and commercial strategy and partnerships; -Inspiring high level of performance in 90 employees (including Clinical professionals), to provide human and personalized care, when promoting healthcare and geriatric services in a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Unit, Home Care Assistence and Residential Structures for Senior Population;-Developing and implementing the expansion plan of Bella Vida Brand;- Construction, equip, licensing and opening Bella Vida Aveiro, with capacity for 110 patients (2015 - Agt 2017);- Bella Vida Viana Quality Certification by ISO 9001:2015, a unit licensed for 60 patients and with 100% occupation;- Opening in Viana do Castelo, the 1st Healthcare Unit of the Group (2011), in association with Portuguese Ministry of Health;- 2015 and 2013: Distinctions in National Award for Sustainable Health, in Viana Convalescence Healthcare Unit.
