I currently manage and develop content for the company's owned eDM channel to diverse audiences including individuals, schools, charities, network operators and other external stakeholders.I develop LinkedIn content for the business profile and also assist the Media and Communications Manager with drafting media briefings, speeches and assist in the running of media launches.

Alongside being a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, I provided administrative support to an office of 65 employees. My responsibilities included answering client queries, managing multiple departmental inboxes, preparing and sending monthly invoices using the accounting software Attache, reconciling expense reports, and maintaining data quality in the client database Dynamics CRM. Additionally, I was involved in event planning and building maintenance.

In my role as an assistant to the Marketing Manager, I supported bump-in and bump-out for pre-season events as well as game days, actioned run sheet items, and served as the mascot minder. I facilitated the mascot's engagement with sports fans and in pre-game activities, creating memorable and distinctive moments while fostering an emotional connection to the Western Force.
