Isabel Enczmann is a L&D Specialist at AUDI AG. She is proficient in Französisch, Spanisch and Englisch. Colleagues describe her as "I have worked with Isabel during my tenure at at AUDI AG, when she was an Audi Area Qualification manager before moving to the area of trainer development. Isabel was the founder, creator and the driving force behind what later became the Audi International Trainer Qualification and Certification Programme. Having come up with the original idea of during her studies at the Faculty of Andragogics, she was the one to present the idea to the AUDI AG management and to gain their approval to start with the development and implementation of the said program. To have and to run a similar trainer qualification program became somewhat of an industry standard - most brands of the VW Group brands have an equivalent these days - but it needs to be said that it all started with Isabel back in 2009. In the area of adult education, Isabel is one of the few professionals who have a plausible first-hand experience with all areas of the craft: from trainer profile development over trainer selection and assessment, training program and portfolio design, training and TtT delivery, all the way to international training management and international project management - all coupled with a university degree in Andragogics.
