I have an interdisciplinary background focused on healthcare on a broader meaning. I have a degree in anthropology specialized in medical anthropology, sociology of healthcare systems, narrative medicine and public health. I hold a PhD at Politecnico of Milan in management engineering and service design where I studies Social Prescribing for Vulnerable Young People.I am currently researcher at Politecnico of Milan dealing with innovative and participatory interventions for vulnerable young people.I have several years of experience in service design as UX researcher in the healthcare sector. I previously worked as Senior User Researcher for a for-profit company and as consultant for various non-profit organizations. My role was to lead a group of students in ethnographic observation and interviews, and analyse data in order to deliver a final evaluation report about the outcomes of the workshop, to inform sponsors about potential impact of MinD.
