Provided exceptional guest service in one of the busiest restaurants in the US, including knowledgeable recommendations tailored to each individual experience. Addressed guest questions and concerns in a prompt and hospitable manner, effectively communicating with management, chefs, and guests to insure the best possible outcome.

I directly assisted in fundraising efforts that raised over 5 million for the North Carolina Democratic Party. In this job I communicated with donors, hosts, and candidates to successfully oversee 15 individual fundraisers throughout the year, each averaging over $50,000 raised, while also staffing Governor Cooper at the events. Throughout the year I maintained donor records in NGP/VAN, tracked contributions and followed up with hundreds of outstanding pledges. Alongside fundraising, I updated the Governor’s political and public schedule in Google Suite for staff and the Governor and attended weekly scheduling meetings with senior staff of the campaign and the Governor’s office.

I provided exceptional guest services in a Fortune 100 company, while managing reservations at one of the busiest restaurants on property. I was responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by providing prompt, friendly and knowledgeable service while interacting with a diverse guest base professionally and respectfully.

As the Public Diplomacy Intern, I supported both the Cultural and Press sections of the U.S. Embassy in Madrid, Spain, through various events and press programs both in English and Spanish. These events included the IN3 Event, U.S. Embassy Official Independence Day Event, and Art in Embassies Program. I prepared social media strategies in English and Spanish for the Embassy’s and Ambassador James Costos's official Twitter and Facebook accounts. While in this role, I staffed various embassy officials at events ranging from luncheons with Spanish business leaders to large events at other nations' embassies. I also helped fundraise for the US Embassy Independence Day event, the largest such event in any U.S. Embassy in Europe.

In this role I worked to fundraise, called donors and distributed information about the campaign events and contributing monetarily to the campaign. I also staffed fundraisers and other campaign events alongside campaign staff and Senator Hagan.
