After graduating from the University of British Columbia in 2020, I started my career as a Copywriter and Social Media Specialist with Stigan Media, a digital agency based in Vancouver, BC. The fast-paced and ever-evolving landscape of digital marketing has given me invaluable knowledge and experience that spans several industries. I love working closely with clients, helping them tell their stories and build an online presence that is unique to their brand, goals, and values. I have since pivoted in my career, taking on the role of Communications and Marketing Specialist for the Kitasoo Development Corporation (KDC). I feel incredibly honoured in this new role, coordinating internal and external operations for the various KDC entities. The opportunity to collaborate with members of the Kitasoo Xai'xais Nation makes this opportunity not only exciting but deeply meaningful to me.
