Managing the promotional POS of NYX Professional Makeup & Essie within L’Oréal’s CPD division. In May 2018 I undertook a weeks work experience within Inmarsat's HR function, working among HR BP's, Advisers, and Administrators as well as the Resourcing team. I spoke to many individuals and discussed their roles and thoughts. Fortunately, I was invited to return to Inmarsat on their Graduate internship scheme in July-August 2018, with my work focusing on two outreach projects, encouraging local children's involvement in the STEM subjects. To do so I contributed to the formulation of activities, tasks and events to promote a successful series of programmes. I gained further insight into the HR function and was given responsibility to ensure the progression of the Inmarsat Strategy Challenge and the CREST Science Award
