Working within the Operations team, I ensure that the programs delivered on Kings Camps meet our high standards and marketing promises as well as delivering content, training and auditing to our partner organisations, specifically Norwegian Cruise Lines.After graduating from Cardiff University, I embarked on a career onboard Norwegian Cruise Line as a member of the Youth Staff and as a Youth Program Manager. Travelling across the world's oceans for four years has given me international experience in operations, events and people management.
