Being the POC for McAfee/Skyhigh APAC Business. Aligned to the President of the business and their respective management teams in APJ. Working closely with the APAC President & the leadership team to co-ordinate and matrix manage the recruitment team, budgets, and headcount across the region. I was also responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process from job description creation, candidate attraction strategy, through to offer across APAC. Assumed an Account Manager role whilst i was supporting Intel business and provide guidance to business and manage/develop junior recruiters. Additionally, I was responsible and involved in operational related duties such as :- Compliance and Process Efficiency - Vendor/Headhunter Management Process- Reporting and updates- POC for integration and divestiture projects of McAfeeAchievements: - Been recognized across various quarters throughout my career with McAfee as a key partner by HR and Business leaders- Achieved best MVP HR APAC award in 2014.- Built the entire SEA sales team within quarters in 2015 - Got promoted to SEA Recruitment Lead in 2014

Was largely involved in the development programme for over 100 graduates in the Asia Pacific region. Covered business areas from Finance, Technology, Operations and Global Markets. Implemented new development programmes Also assisted in Campus Recruitment Events when needed. Working closely with various stakeholders to further improve their current programmes factoring in the market trends. In 2011, Barclays was awarded the Best Choice Employer.

Was brought into the company by the VP of Credit Suisse to turnaround the e-recruitment system that was implemented at the beginning of 2009. Was expected to turnaround and bridge the gaps/issues across our APAC HRBP, India Shared Services Centre and US stakeholders. Managed to iron out all the issues and resolved the teething issues around various local practices.

Ongoing recruitment and pipeline for Sales candidates within the Consumer Space. Involved in exit interviews and career counselling across business units that am accountable for. Educating hiring managers in the use of psychometric tests as part of their recruitment process

Managed the campus recruiting process across all functions within Barclays APJ. Functions Include : IT, Securities, Global Investment Research, Finance, Marketing, HR Divisions. I am responsible from implementing and planning our recruitment strategy, to building the candidate pool, selection process (including various assessment centres held in different countries), closing and finally onboarding of all hires. Developed successful campus relationships with universities across Singapore, China, Korea, India, Hong Kong, Japan and Taiwan. Successfully built and improved Barclays Branding to one of the Top Choice Employer within the campus/graduate recruitment space. Had to work closely with all our internal stakeholders across all Divisions (MDs Level) in order to ensure that all process are smooth running and right on track with our target. Successfully hired 150 graduates and 100 Interns in each campus recruitment season.
