Whilst I was studying at University I worked part time as a Property Manager assisting with the running of an ever growing private property portfolio with properties located in London, New York and Southampton. The portfolio currently boasts a variety of different commercial lettings in Central London, totalling approximately 30,000 sq ft, as well as a large scale residential development on the South Coast of England and residential properties in London and New York.My duties consisted of facilities management, tenant relations, managing development projects and financial administration.
