Isabel Pato (São Paulo, 1976) holds a Master’s Degree in Social Sciences from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), with an MA thesis titled “The Right to Culture: Civil Society Organizations in Art and Culture Spaces;” and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from PUC-SP (2001). Ms. Pato is a moderator trained in the Moderator Training Course: designing and facilitating group discussion processes, offered by H+K Desenvolvimento Humano (2015) and Design Thinking Experience, at Echos - Escola de Design Thinking. Aiming at expanding her team leadership and project management skills, she participated in the 2018 Training Program on Directive Competencies 2018, organized by Newfield Consulting.She currently coordinates social projects, conducts institutional development activities, and manages civil society organization projects (production of knowledge and research, writing reports and projects for fund-raising, organization and mobilization of events), and, builds social innovation in collaborative processes. Some experiences are; * Coordination, mentoring, and follow-up on social innovation, design thinking, and collaborative work of groups supported by the Instituto Jatobás’ project called Rede-Comunidade de Inovação Social. * Methodology and facilitation of groups in Instituto Unibanco’s Agente Jovem program (2015, 2016, 2017, 2018)* Research “Sistemas Nacionais de Integridades” of Instituto Ethos and “Avaliações Nacionais sobre o Ambiente Propício (EENAs)” of Civicus * Experience in mobilization and facilitation of national and international networks (Rede-Comunidade de Inovação Social, Abong, Conselho Internacional do FSM, IFP - International Forum of National NGOs Platforms)* Vast international experience – organization of WSFs in Mali, Kenya, Venezuela, and Senegal. Has already lived in the United States, France, England, and Spain.
