Crisis Text Line is an non-profit organization that provides crisis intervention 24/7 via text message. • Provided crisis intervention counseling to individuals managing issues, including depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and more • Conducted risk assessment, safety planning, and collaborative problem-solving to assist clients in crisis situations • Offered relevant resources for clients to seek additional support using evidence-based counseling methods
