As BCG Lead Coach in Europe I was part of a team, responsible for building and managing the Leadership Coaching offering of Boston Consulting Group (BCG). With 20+ years of experience developing and coaching C-suite executives and senior leaders in the private and public sectors, the approach is pragmatic and output focussed.I continue to work in this space on a contractor/freelance basis, supporting C-suite executives in embracing behavioral change required by new governance models, i.e. in agile and digital transformations.My coaching approach integrates strategic objectives - mainly in tranformational contexts - in individual and team coaching. I work with each leader to explore the interplay between business imperatives, team dynamics and individual capabilities /motivators in order to achieve exceptional, sustainable outcomes.
