My University background has been directed to a wider scope of skills, since I graduated with Joint Honours in Economics and Law, I further specialised in European Affairs (M.A. in European Economics at the College of Europe) and recently in Data Science (Masters in KSchool). I possess strong quantitative skills in statistics, econometrics and data science, including data processing techniques and predictive modeling algorithms (such as machine learning, deep learning or NLP, among others).I have more than ten years of experience in (public) finance and development economics, having worked in several countries, both for private companies (consultancy sector) and for public institutions and multilateral organizations. I have developed competences in business and data science, analysis, econometrics and causal inference techniques (impact evaluation), project management and business development, product development and relation with customers, etc. In addition, I am fluent in English, French and German.I have IT programming skills in Python (and associated libraries), R, Bash, SQL (and ETL process), as well as (Py)Spark and BigQuery. I have developed several data projects from data extraction and analysis (Pandas), feature preprocessing and modeling (Scikit-Learn, Tensorflow, etc) to visualization (Altair, Streamlit, Flask) on economic issues, such as poverty-related or corporate finance (github.com/isabelpuche).Finally, I am autonomous worker, with team spirit and used to working in multidisciplinary and international teams.
