CurrentSupports staff in ensuring exceptional instructional services to students• Teach in-person, using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices which include individualized instruction in a group setting• Proficient with digital educational materials & curriculum• Proficient with onboarding enrollments and accounting processes• Handling the implementation of new Billing Integration system• Support staff in maintaining the organization & management of student assets• Support the Operations Director in administering student assessments and the development of student learning plans• Assess student progress throughout instructional sessions• Maintain a high level of confidence and program value through interactions with student guardians• Mentor and support employee development by providing on-the-job training to instructional staff• Director of the High School Volunteer Program• Support the Center Director in managing the center floor during instructional hours• Serve as the point person in Learning Center to Parents, students, and guests• Assist with sales responsibilities, including responding to leads and successfully enrolling customers• Provides exceptional customer service• Assists with non-teaching/instructional tasks• Supports and maintains a professional learning environment
