Welcome to the world of Isabel Schultz! I worked most recently at Frederator Studios for 3 years as Director of Development. Emmy-winning producers of Adventure Time, The Fairly OddParents, Bee and Puppycat and Castlevania, Frederator has been developing top tier kids programming since 1998. I pioneer the animation studio's efforts to develop adult animation in addition to our fabulous kids content. Prior to Frederator, I worked in a client-facing role in Creative Development at NBC. I acquired, developed, and produced comedic short-form animated content for SYFY’s on-air and digital platforms. I thrive when leading projects, sourcing talent, and cultivating relationships. I work well with many different creatives in the development process. My strong communication skills have made me an effective project manager and a valuable asset to each production.
