Assist with the design and implementation of the 3 Year Strategy and develop and deliver an evolving communications strategy in line with this to ensure a positive, open, transparent and consistent communications environment.Help to develop and deliver the brand and tone of voice to ensure it is reflected in the style and content of both internal and external communications. Deliver regular communications to staff through a range of channels including regular newsletters, employee briefings and adhoc materials as required, ensuring easy access to communications, clarity and consistency of messages.Set up communication channels to share information with our growers and retail partners with input from relevant teams to build relationships and protect and develop company reputation.Develop and manage presentation materials in line with our branding guidelines to ensure consistency and maintain the corporate image.Support growers with any external media and communication needs including drafting or editing copy as required to continue building relationships and maintain our company reputation.Work closely with HR to implement an effective employee engagement strategy, through staff recognition and any other celebrations of success or communications initiatives to enhance effective people change by developing a positive working environment.Support with any industry related events as required to enhance and promote the values, aims and reputation and to share information effectively.Act as advisor to internal staff on communications and branding to avoid inconsistency and maximise the effectiveness of our communication channels. Develop knowledge and understanding of communication tools and techniques and how these can best be used to develop communication methods and to ensure that they are both effective and appropriate.
