I am a student at Los Andes University in Colombia. I am currently majoring in Biomedical Engineering and Mathematics because I would like to improve medical services and improve the quality of life of people through maths. I consider myself a proactive, and self-taught person, so I took a course in Python programming to prepare myself for the future, and reinforce the knowledge acquired at university. I have experience working on group projects to investigate and design innovative solutions to biomedical challenges at the University. Also, I have an experience as a tutor in Programming, Linear Algebra and Transport Phenomena at the university because they are the fields that I like the most.I consider myself a strong believer in the ability of technology and maths can save lives and make significant advances in medical sciences. I think that with the combination of engineering, medicine, and biology we can change the lives of many people. Currently, I have a PGA of 4.3 and I am planning to finish my two majors in the best way. Nowadays I am searching for an internship position to innovate in biomedical sciences or contribute to math investigation. Also, I would like to interact with professionals in both fields.
