Lead a team of high-achieving students, overseeing the successful execution of all daily campus tours, VIP tours, athletic tours, and various events for prospective families and donors.• Develop and implement program strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.• Drive cross-functional collaboration and communication among stakeholders to ensure seamless events.• Achieve significant cost savings through effective resource allocation and streamlined processes.• Continuously monitor and evaluate program performance, implementing necessary improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.• Coordinate, plan, and organize events on behalf of the President and other executives.• Coordinate VIP visits for prospective students, donors, and special guests of the University• Organize the President’s introductions at the Board of Regents meetings to recognize outstanding staff, faculty, and/or students at the University.• Prepared and edited correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism on behalf of the President.• Host the President’s suite at Texas Tech football and basketball games:

• Provide tech support and assistance to department, students, staff, and faculty via phone, email, chat, in person using software applications, customized applications, and websites such as: Footprints, askIT, Active Directory, Cognos; Texas Tech’s integrated software: eRaider tools and Banner• Work closely with other IT departments and determine which issues need to be escalated• Supervised and assist student analyst

• Manage all aspects of start up and continual business dealings• Manage financials and bookkeeping• Comply with Local, State, and Federal guidelines to ensure compliance of operations
