I have been part of the finance and projects team managing Skateistan’s office and the administration of Skateistan’s online store. Next to office managament and bookkeeping, I coordinated the distribution of Skateistan’s skate equipment to skate schools and partners around the world and supported Skateistan’s communications, marketing and fundraising team.

I did my second internship with the non-profit organisation PROCESS-Bohol (Participatory Research, Organization of Communities and Education towards Struggle for Self-reliance). I worked on a "Coastline Assessment" in an urban(ising) area independently. Additionally, I supported the organisation assessing communities on Disaster Risk Management by providing information and raising awareness.

In this internship I assisted the Information and Education Manager of the Department. My role was to collect and analyse qualitative data about “Disaster Preparedness of the Elderly” and support with different tasks relating to disaster preparedness in the British Virgin Islands.
