Additionally, I am involved in the implementation project management of a new TMS, enhancing my leadership skills and experience in complex projects, as well as acquiring knowledge of manufacturing and logistics processes.My main responsibilities include:Project planning: Define scope, deadlines, and resources necessary for the project with stakeholders.
