About Isabela Loepert
Hi! I'm a designer with +10 years of experience, and I believe that design can be applied as a way of thinking, to solve user problems (or achieve user goals) on various areas of society. On the design process, I don't think there are right or wrong methods or tools, the key is to choose (and adapt) the ones that best fit to the context the designer is immersed in.Since 2019 I've been focused on Product Design, working for complex digital products (web and mobile apps), aiming to deliver the best user experience while balancing with technical feasibility and business goals. While working as a PD, I've built a strong sense of team collaboration, helping to articulate design decisions to stakeholders and guiding agile teams to deliver value on a product roadmap. Throughout my career I also had experience with Graphic Design, using my knowledge to create branding, editorial and advertising projects.Main skills:• Easy adaptation of design process to different project contexts • Constant sense of collaboration with cross-disciplinary team members• Articulation of design decisions and feature prioritization with stakeholders• High experience on creating UX/UI deliverables for desktop and mobile digital products (eg: prototypes with different levels of fidelity, research reports, user flows, user stories with acceptance criteria)PS: Besides being a designer, I'm also a professional dancer (graduated at Bolshoi Ballet School in Brazil - class of 2011).
