Pre-Pivotal DSTSupported Upstream Bioreactor Runs and Depth Filtration in setup and execution for MA Pool Selection as well as FIH Clone Screening.Experienced in Mammalian Cell Culture, Vial Thaw, Seed Train Expansion, and operation of DeltaV and HLEE.Independently sampled and analyzed samples through Cedex HiRes, BioHT, Osmometer, BGA, and calculated the packed cell volume.Supported a shaker flask evaluation study to identify the impact of varying RPMs during cellular expansion.Supported AMBR15 and AMBR250 automation projects in addition to a Media and Copper Stability study.Completed a small scale continuous glucose feed study using the AMBR250 automated system.Developed an automated Pre-Pivotal Biologics Project Portfolio within Smartsheet to capture and retain information for 20+ active projects in addition to any incoming projects within the coming years. Designed a template for Early Assessment of Operations Impact (EAOI) and used Visual Basics in Excel to auto populate a Spotfire compatible table and calculate the Plant Index.Completed small scale resin screening study including Affinity Chromatography (APc+), Mixed Mode (MMC Impres), and IEX Chromatography (SP ImpRes, Fractogel SO3-) to identify and confirm conditions for purifying mAbs and Bi-Specific molecules.Analyzed fractions using SEC-HPLC to quantify aggregates (HMW), followed by rCE and nrCE to determine fragments of target molecules (LMW).

Extracted and purified DNA from transformed bacteria followed by cell transfection via electroporation to clone target plasmid into WT and frm animals. 
Cloned and fixed animals at their late neurula and tadpole stages to observe the cell lineage of aaINs, checked if C2.201 expression was present, and identified which blastomere they were likely to be developed from. 
Confirmed if a delivered plasmid, CNG>GFP, which should only be theoretically expressed in photoreceptors contained off target binding in WT and frm mutants. 
Cloned CNG>GCaMP and C2.201>RFP into WT, completed cell isolation, and observed results under a fluorescence microscope to identify if the cell was an autonomous oscillator. 
Conducted comprehensive analysis of WT and frm mutants during CNG channel-blocking drug treatment. 
Proficient in extracting Ciona (hermaphrodite) sperm/eggs for animal generation, selected and cloned heterozygous frm mutants with known heterozygous sperm to have ~25% of animals develop as mutants.

Assisted in most and independently executed bench scale experiments related to optimizing therapeutic monoclonal antibody (mAB) purification processes for Phase I Clinical Manufacturing.Designed an Elution Optimization experiment for ProteinA Chromatography using an AKTA Avant 25/150 to determine the most gentle elution buffer that did not impact the structure of our desired antibody.Analyzed antibody quality, quantity, and titer using ProA/SEC - HPLC and ELISA, and prepped buffers.Gained experience in resin/membrane chromatography (IEX, Affinity, SEC), Harvest Clarification (Depth Filtration), Viral Filtration, Ultrafiltration/Diafiltration (UF/DF), Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF), column packing and asymmetry testing.Supported Upstream Development with bioreactor quality check purification runs.Compiled protocols, notes, data and records, and experiment descriptions in laboratory notebook and Biobook.Planned, organized, labeled, and handled samples for AD-LIMS while simultaneously communicating with external project members to improve organization and provide clarity for sample submission.

- Assisted a PhD student and a postdoc to analyze the genotype of drug-resistant E. coli strains from Urinary Tract Infection (UTI), bloodstream infection and food animals.- Prepared, performed, and analyzed data for DNA Extraction, Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR), and Agarose Gel Electrophoresis.
