With a diploma in Information Technology from IIE Rosebank College and multiple certifications, including the Cisco Certified Network Professional Security (CCNP-S) and the IPV6 Foundation, I am a Security Analyst at Brilliantel, a leading provider of IT solutions and services. I monitor and secure the online and on-premises infrastructures for our organization and external clients, filtering out suspicious activity and mitigating security risks before any breaches can occur. I also write reports and provide insights on the efficacy of the current security policies, incident responses, disaster recovery plans, and other security-related information. My previous experience in the ISP, VOIP, and Fibre sectors has equipped me with valuable skills and knowledge in installing and configuring various network devices and systems, such as Mikrotik routers, Ubiquity PowerBeams, and Mitel telephones. I have also offered training to end users and assisted with the creation of updates and training programs to secure the network and train the employees. I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies, and I am always looking for opportunities to expand my skillset and contribute to the security and performance of our networks. I am a team player, a problem solver, and a fast learner, and I strive to deliver high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
