A former Executive Committee member, Isabela led successful organisational change and restructuring efforts in various countries worldwide. She was directly involved in setting up a green-field company in the PRC (China) and start-up plants in Spain and Canada. Fluent in English and Spanish; Isabela holds a BSc in Psychology from Universidad de Los Andes in Colombia and was a University Lecturer. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the ICF and an ACE coach. She is a certified practitioner in Psychometric tools and surveys such as Hogan Assessments, Personal Profile Analysis (PPA), Conflict Dynamics Profile, Team Emotional Intelligence Survey, Executive Presence Index, Coaching Mindset, and Entrepreneurial Mindset, among others.
