It consists on data analysis, technical studies and monitoring of strategical KPIs such as turnover, irregularities on eletronic timecard system, bank of hours, company's budget on headcount and salary, salary level and promotions.In charge of KPI Comitee for Corporate teams, in which I provided compensation and people insights.Also in charge for the analysis and creation of dashboards on Excel, which helped Business Partners to take action on their teams on a faster way. Created the first Power BI dashboard, in which it was possible to analyse the company's data on a macro and micro view since 2018. The Power BI dashboard garanteed assertiveness of information because of DAX Language and calculations and brought efficiency compared to Excel. This initiative resulted on the purchase of Power BI licences to garantee better tools and data management, and also resulted on Alura (technology training platform) licences for the People Analytics Team for skill development.
