- I have been working as QA Team Lead Engineer on Nokia Messaging Server solution being involved in testing of the new features and fixes created by development team.- I had the responsibility to coordinate the QA activities, participate to planning, triage, PMT meetings, provide estimations, distribute tasks and monitoring/resulting of the test results- In this period I was also involved in the E2E testing on the OVI Mail Migration to Yahoo activity. I have worked closed with many teams distributed in different companies (IBM, Nokia, Yahoo!) and different sites (Alpharetta, Sunnyvale, India, Montreal, Cluj).

- I worked as QA Engineer on Intellisync Mobile Suite solution doing sustaing activities. This project was very dynamic and required the ability to act quick and good. - I was responsible of testing emergency patches for many operators from worldwide.- Regression testing was run manual and automatically using an internal tool written in Python language.- I was the local QA team leader in this period leading 4 people in Romania and I worked close with Alpharetta team.

- I worked as a QA engineer where I did Manual Testing on Intellisync Mobile Suite product. The product was based on a Client side and a Server side: The Client was installed on almost all mobile platforms (Symbian S40, S80, S60 3rd Edition, Windows Mobile - Pocket PC, Smartphone, J2ME, UIQ2, UIQ3 ...) and can synchronize data like: Email messages, Calendar entries, Tasks and Notes between the device and a PIM (Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes or GroupWise) over the air, using all types of Internet Connection supported by the mobile device (EGDE, 3G, Wireless). The Server was installed on Linux or Windows 2000/2003 Server operating systems and it could manage the connection between the client and the back-end. Server can be configured with different back-ends (Exchange, Lotus and GroupWise).- I was involved in the following types of testing: Acceptance Testing, Smoke Testing, Black Box Testing and Functional Testing – on the Client side; also I installed and configured the Server side.- I was responsible for the quality of the Product submitted to production, test scenario updates, the smooth running of the project where I was assigned.
