At Macroplan Consultoria & Analytics, I carry out strategic planning work on a diverse range of projects for the public, private and third sectors. My activities include educational, development and public security agendas, gathering and analysing quantitative and qualitative data, benchmarking and field interviews. At the organisation, I have taken part in some important projects, such as the formulation of the current government's PPA and the reformulation, together with UNESCO, of the priority programmes of the São Paulo Municipal Department of Education. Previously, I represented a law firm specialising in Intellectual Property in the field of International Law. I am now a Restoring Family Links volunteer at the São Paulo Red Cross, supporting activities to prevent the separation and disappearance of people in Brazil. In addition, I collaborate closely with the Aurora Institute, responsible for creating written and audiovisual materials on human rights. From 2022 to 2023, I ran several social impact actions in the area of migration and refuge as a volunteer at the Adus Institute, the Immigrant CIC (Family and Succession Division) and the Federal Public Defender's Office. As a volunteer, I had direct contact with the Brazilian migration scenario, registering and interviewing refugee families via SISCONARE and explaining their rights and duties in Brazil.I obtained my degree in International Relations from PUC SP in 2023, where I was actively involved in academic projects on Human Rights and International Security. I joined PUC SP's Centre for Transnational Security Studies (NETS), discussing public security, drug trafficking and drug policies in Brazil. In the same year, I took part in rounds of discussions on Human Trafficking at USP's Comparative Law Study Group (GEDC-USP).Finally, I focus on the passion for social change as the driving force behind my commitment to pursuing a path that I believe in.
