I decided I was really choosing the biological field when, during high school, I took my first lab class and got to see the cells of a strawberry. It was love at first sight, I would say.Nowadays, I am B.sc. in Biomedicine. A Biomedical experienced in Clinical Analysis and postgraduated in Immunology at Sao Paulo University (USP) - one of the best universities in Brazil.Moreover, currently I am specializing in Clinical Research at Albert Einstein Israelite College and Paulista Center for Clinical Research (CEPIC). Professional field which I have worked on the laboratorial department and now I aim to work to Regulatory Affairs.Dynamic and curious, during college I joined the Biomedicine Sports and Academic Team and I was an undergraduate tutoring for 4 disciplines. In addition to founding an extracurricular study group to reinforce Human Anatomy discipline in a practical laboratory, and also volunteering to help the community in different purposes.I worked in hospital and outpatient laboratories, and during my first postgraduate studies at Dermatology and Immunology Department (USP), I was researching the pneumococcal vaccine effect in people living with HIV, emphasis on T and B cells.Besides, I have an advanced level in English as a second language which allowed me to have worked in Translation Quality Assurance. So I used to work checking the PT-EN translation of medical and pharmaceutical industry documents, such as POPs, amendments, ICF and investigator's brochures. And that's why I am currently so interested and delighted in Regulatory Affairs of Clinical Research.As Marie Currie said, "I am one of those who think, like Nobel, that humanity will draw more good than evil from new discoveries."
