Provide office support by making deliveries through-out the building and assisting employees making copies and running errands. Help set up and clean up events. Make sure that classrooms are opened for class and locked when class has finished.

Developed a training program from start to finish for the SAP IBP software roll out. Attended discovery meetings on the software and its use. Responsible for designing, creating, testing, and implementing a series of short tutorials on specific aspects of SAP IBP. Scheduled meetings with consultants and leadership for feedback and suggestions on tutorials. Presented our internship experience and project at the end of summer to PPG leaders.

Worked on a team as a Business Analyst managing a project using Azure DevOps to create business requirements, user stories, test cases, timelines, twice a week status updates, and to test the developer’s work. Traveled to Huntsville Alabama for Go-Live of new system interns developed. Received user feedback and reevaluated, edited, and improved system. Alongside team project, worked on solo project using Laserfiche forms to develop a form, complicated workflow process, conditions, and logic for a New Item Request. Assist the Enrollment Manager and Recruitment and Admissions Specialist in responding to inquiries from prospects, applicants and students, in-person, via email or phone. Assemble informational packets for prospects. Assist the Enrollment Manager with recruitment tasks and prepare for events. Assist the Admissions Coordinator in processing admissions information. Assist in verifying incoming students’ documents. Digitizes and uploads documents to update applicants’ profiles.

Provide IT support throughout the office and provide exceptional customer service answering the phones, handling complaints, and writing down customer requests. Accept deliveries, file customer files, organize and keep the office clean. Offer support to all employees making copies, running errands, and making phone calls.

Assist IT Coordinator in everyday tasks that involved updating equipment, installing new software, issuing new technology to employees, and checking inventory. Research new products, technical issues, and new updates to better the company’s efficiency. Oversee other Interns and assist in the interviewing process for potential Interns.

Provide exceptional customer service during check out, returns, while issuing gift cards, handling complaints, helping carry out furniture, and directing customers. Organize, process, and circulate new inventory coming into the store.
