During my internship at Drogaria Araujo S/A, I had the opportunity to work with agile methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, and Kanban, which allowed me to directly contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s processes. I was responsible for supporting the implementation of these methodologies, facilitating communication between teams, and helping optimize workflow. By applying these practices, we were able to increase productivity and reduce waste in daily operations. Additionally, I actively participated in analyzing and enhancing processes, using the Kaizen approach to drive incremental and sustainable improvements in the workplace. This experience provided me with practical insight into how agile methodologies can transform and optimize processes in any organization—skills I consider valuable for my career in technology.

Participation in the Doctoral Research Project "Unconventional Edible Plants (PANC) as a Dietary Alternative for Phenylketonurics."I developed strong skills in data analysis and statistics, using Excel to organize and process complex information. I applied quantitative techniques to interpret experimental results, validating hypotheses and drawing conclusions based on precise data.
