Working closely with the Client Services Team, Strategists, Creative Team andInteractive Suppliers, responsibilities include:- Leading the Needs Assessment and Planning phases for the clients’ Digital and Web projects, creating information architecture and wireframes to guide design, functionality, content planning and creation, including assembly of metadata and title tags for search engine optimization.- Creating project workback schedule, costing project with vendors and managing resources to ensure project delivered on time and on budget.- Populating web content, learning back end systems (PHP, Wordpress-powered, Adobe Contribute, custom .net, etc.) and training clients on use of website content management systems.- Performing quality assurance before live deployment of websites, including documenting broken links, cross-browser formatting issues, content proofing.- Deploying Email blasts, updating HTML content in Constant Contact.

Split time as a hybrid hyphenate for both the Client Services and Creative Teams- Working with creative team from concept to completion on advertisements, publicity packages, branding and marketing collateral for brand-building and transaction-driving services for accounts.- Researching, writing and editing copy for the Creative Directors and Art Directors. Research included image sourcing of stock photography.- Proofing current projects and those in pre-flight/pre-press to check for copy errors, format consistency, etc.

Coordinated production of marketing tools such as print catalogue, brochures, product labels, promotional postcards; development and maintenance of website, launch of seasonal product promotions.Worked with the designer for product labels and packaging, contributing to concept, copy and layout.Supervised product photography, production of copy - including writing, editing, and translation of copy to French for bilingual materials.Liaised between the designer and material vendors from conceptualization to pre-press (proofreading, layout approval) and production.Distributed marketing material to customers through direct mailing and e-mail.Communicated with customers and presented customer feedback for the improvement of service and development of new products.Travelled to North American trade shows, merchandised product, sold product lines at shows, gathered new leads, arranged shipping and logistics for customers.
