As a Product Designer Consultant at Itaú Unibanco, specializing in the Debt Recovery segment, I play a strategic and data-driven role. My responsibilities include developing intuitive solutions to enhance the payment journey. I conduct Discovery activities, usability tests, co-creation sessions for journey mapping and prototype development. I am responsible for delivering detailed specifications to the development team and for monitoring and analyzing data.

I worked as part of the Product Design team, developing digital solutions for companies in the healthcare market. In my daily activities, I was responsible for the entire design process, including:- Understanding the best methods for each project;- Building the best solution for users, Product Owners, and Stakeholders;- Collaborating with the Product Owner, Stakeholders, and developers;- Mapping flows and journeys;- Prototyping based on insights from ideation, considering the needs of users and the business;- Utilizing best market practices and the fundamentals of Visual Design.
