My history is full of challenges and achievements, always seeking to overcome myself every day, to be a better human and professional being. When we analyze the challenges and results, we have achieved in the last 35 years we can affirm that Curiosity, Resilience and Teamwork were always present and were essential for these achievements in the transformation scenario. Therefore, if I can leave an advice, I recommend that you trust / believe in yourself and your ability to be imperfect, to recognize yourself, improving and developing every day new skills necessary for a more competitive scenario. I am sure that self-esteem and self-appreciation will be the two most essential intrinsic skills for female development and empowerment.
