As part of the Music Sponsorship group, I assisted marketing executives in pitching artists to buyers for potential partnership/sponsorship opportunities and brainstorming partnership/sponsorship ideas for our clients. Additionally, I wrote weekly emails for major brand partners that included recent client news, new music releases, upcoming shows in top markets, and new clients. I also assisted the Music Touring department with entering tour information into CAA's internal management system. Lastly, as part of the internship program, I participated in a variety of professional development activities; including agent "talks", A to B sessions with current trainees, and career building exercises with the Learning & Development team.

NYU Shanghai hosted its first ever Model United Nations Conference on November 4th and 5th, 2017. NYUSHMUNC is the first conference in China to be United Nations Academic Impact affiliated. We were sponsored by financial services companies Hua Xia Finace and V-Credit, and pharmaceuticals company UCB. The conference hosted seventy high school students from all over China and other countries in Asia. As Chief of Staff, I was responsible for raising funds from outside corporations and drafting sponsorship agreements in addition to overseeing the responsibilities and delegating tasks to all of my staff. More generally, I was responsible for overall production and logistics of the conference and making sure the event followed schedule throughout the weekend. The conference was voted "Best Event" by NYU Shanghai students and faculty for the 2017-2018 school year.
