CurrentStrong communication skills gained through building relationships with clients and suppliers as a Groups Operation Executive.An important key of the experience has been to deal with high profile clients from different countries selling Europe as a touristic destination in a very competitive market. Main tasks as follows:• Responding requests from clients accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure the smooth operations of all groups i.e. booking all services, issuing vouchers, invoicing clients.• Maintain relations with current clients and gain new clients through different channels such as attending to Tourism and Travel fairs (Fitur/World Travel Market), emails, social networking.• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible rates and liaise with the Product team on new suppliers, new services within Europe• Minimising accounts/credit control problems and ensuring that invoicing is completed at a stage which gives Credit Control sufficient time to anticipate potential problems.
