"People person" is the descriptor that best fits me, and my years of experience as both a front-line customer service agent and as a team manager have tailored my skill set to being one of providing best-in-class satisfaction to those I serve. I pride myself on my strong sense of work ethic, attention to detail, technical skills, and deductive and logical reasoning that have all been praised in my professional environments.After years of working in customer service I opted to step out of the corporate world to focus on helping others in more direct and meaningful ways; I began working on a degree in Criminal Justice as well as work in the armed security field, becoming a sergeant for a locally-owned protections company.I am currently looking for a position in a company with a fair and progressive work environment, one that treats its workforce as a collection of people as opposed to a bottom line, one that offers opportunities for growth, and one that will allow me to utilize my organizational skills, passion, and experience to their fullest.
